Job Description: This position assists with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of selected technical aspects of patient care under direct supervision of the Charge RN, Assistant Head Nurse, Nurse Manager and/or the Director, to meet the requirements of the Joint Commission and other applicable federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies as well as meeting the goals and mission of the department. Job Description: Seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to serve Essentia Health in an inpatient setting at our Miller Dwan Medical Center in Duluth, Minnesota. This BHT works 32 hours weekly with children & adolescents on day and evening shifts. Every other weekend and a holiday rotation are required. Shifts are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The six-week rotation will consist of a balance between day and evening shifts. Employees are able to request specific days and times off, and we work hard to provide a healthy work/life balance.
