State Travel Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care) Location Arizona (statewide travel) Specialties Accepted Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP) Schedule 2 to 4 weeks per month, Monday through Friday, 8:00a to 4:30p (30 minute break). Rotations may include 1 week on and 1 week off, or 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Minimum 2 weeks availability per month. Travel 100% travel required throughout the state. Primarily rural sites.
