Seeking BC/BE IM or FM for Geriatric Medicine opportunity in Vermont. Community Health presents a unique opportunity for a physician to lead a novel geriatric service line. This new service will have a dual function to provide direct patient care and consultative/educational care for the local provider community. Fundamental responsibilities include program design, clinical care, and oversight of clinical operations.
