This outpatient-only opportunity offers a collaborative environment with a team of five physicians and one advanced practice provider serving an adult and geriatric patient population. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with extended hours until 7:00 PM on Tuesdays.
