Under general direction of the Director of Nursing, the Infection Preventionist I promotes and maintains an active infection control program through surveillance and investigative activities, consultation, education, policy development and research throughout Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing. The Infection Preventionist I is responsible to work to identify, control and prevent healthcare associated infection at Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing.
