Directs all maintenance activities, prepare and manage preventive maintenance. This is a hands-on position that will require you to coordinate and also perform repairs. Responsible for creating and maintaining a harmonious and dynamic work environment. Reports to the Asst. Director of Maintenance and Director of Maintenance. Follow up on daily work assignments Directs the work of employees. Schedules lunch and rest breaks. Reassigns employees from one area to another area as facility needs. Dictates, receives and discusses with supervisor complaints. Establishes and expedites work orders as needed, prioritizes work orders.  Participates in repair work such as masonry, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.  Schedules, delegates or completes work orders.  Monitors work order for completion on a timely basis.
