The technician completes work orders and preventive maintenance orders as assigned while delivering a high level of customer service. This position is under the IUOE local 877 bargaining agreement. A technician holding a Massachusetts low voltage license is compensated at a grade 98 category and a non-license holder is compensated at the grade 97 category.
