The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) of the Operating Room supports the Nurse Manager in the clinical and operational leadership of the Operating Room. This role assists with daily operations, staff supervision, patient safety initiatives, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance to ensure the delivery of high-quality perioperative care.
