Job Summary : Direct supervision of assigned staff to include: staff scheduling, initial staff performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, orientation and training of staff and review of productivity targets.  Responsible for oversight of equipment maintenance, PM's and repairs, primary oversight for modality accreditations, Joint Commission requirements and adherence to state and federal guidelines as applicable.   Supervisor is responsible for modality-specific tasks as assigned by manager/director, in addition to participating in routine daily operations and workflow within the modality.   Qualifications : Graduate of accredited Radiology program registered by ARRT, Modality Advanced Registry with a minimum of two (2) years experience in CT. Supervises and coordinates the activities of the clerical staff, Staff Technologist and Radiologic Technology Students. Evaluates and provides feedback regarding individual and team performance. Recommends merit increases and corrective actions for staff within scope of responsibility. Ensures that procedures are performed accurate and in a timely manner.
