Overview Acts as a collaborative member of the clinic team in providing continuity of and quality patient care. Works directly with Physician and Administrator in delivering and maintaining patient care consistent with established policies and procedures. Assesses and provides appropriate intervention for the problems that patients and companies experience related to health care and treatment to include teaching, counseling, and supporting as needed. Qualifications Education required: High School Diploma/GED.  License, certification and registration: Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program.
