Job Summary :     The Supervisor of Pharmacy Operations position helps to participate in, direct, and supervise the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department related to medication preparation and distribution and other pharmacy supported services. The Supervisor of Pharmacy Operations assigns duties and tasks to employees; monitors workload and makes appropriate adjustment to achieve patient care goals; creates and monitors work schedule to ensure adequate staffing. Additionally, the Supervisor of Pharmacy Operations facilitates pharmacy technician meetings and other department-initiated communication such as shift huddles and safety huddles. Seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join our team of 2 other OB/GYN's and 2 WHNP's. You ll experience a team-oriented work environment with experienced colleagues. We have recently held the grand opening of our new 20,000 square foot Women's Center that houses modern labor and delivery rooms, gynecological surgery facilities and educational spaces. We have also recently opened our new 120,000 square foot medical office building expansion that includes flexible clinics, procedure suites, centralized imaging facilities an updated pharmacy, a new food service area and a Starbucks. Position is open due to increased volume. Currently there are 2 full-time OB/GYN s and 2 NP's.
