Overview: Supervisor Practice II acts as an onsite clinic operations and financial problem solver for the medical director, department administrator, practice manager, patients, and staff. Oversees the established financial processes and ensures front-line staff executes daily business office functions and clinical staff operations (where applicable) accordingly. Supervises the daily operation of the assigned staff. Ensures compliance with UFHP and practice directives. Responsible for resolving complaints, issues, and patient relations issues. Communicates with and responds to physicians on a daily basis. Works with staff to review clinic financial and operational processes and initiates changes. Provides other daily operational duties, to include but not limited to: opening/closing clinic, maintenance, security issues, vendor/contractor relationships.
