The Nurse Tech works under the direction of the RN/LPN. The responsibilities of the Nurse Tech include providing direct patient care and maintaining patient care standards. The Nurse Tech must exhibit the ability to work with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds; to organize, set priorities and manage multiple, priorities and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Education: High School/GED required. Candidates must meet the following criteria: Completed a minimum of 2 semesters of clinical experience within an academic nursing program.
