This position is responsible for helping patients navigate through the complex healthcare system to receive the necessary care while educating patients on their financial obligations. This includes assisting patients with insurances, third-party assistance programs, and/or financial assistance/charity care, and providing out-of-pocket price estimates for upcoming services/procedures.
