Assistant Nurse Manager – Center for Advanced Joint Replacement We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Center for Advanced Joint Replacement to support the Nurse Manager in the overall administrative direction for the clinical practice of nursing and the delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective care for all patients and families served on this unit. This role shares 24‑hour responsibility and accountability for all aspects of daily operations in partnership with the Nurse Manager. The Center for Advanced Joint Replacement is a 30‑bed inpatient surgical unit located at Wilmington Hospital in Delaware. The unit specializes in knee and hip replacement patients and serves as an elective surgical unit with a primary focus on joint replacement and bariatric surgery.
