Overall Responsibility: This position manages the direction of patient care in the facility. Consults with staff and physicians about problems and interpretation of facility policies and procedures to ensure that patient needs are met. Responsible for staffing, orientation, clinical education, competency evaluation, policies and procedures related to the Facility.
