Northern Nevada Medical Center seeks an ICU Clinical Supervisor to lead night-shift operations in our acute care hospital in Sparks, NV. This role oversees ICU nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and ensures adherence to clinical, safety, and quality standards. The supervisor supports bedside RNs with complex cases, manages staffing and workflows, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will mentor team members, support evidence-based practice, participate in performance improvement, and promote a patient-centered, compassionate culture focused on excellent critical care outcomes.
