The Unit Nurse Supervisor provides clinical leadership and supervisory support for all three nursing units at Helen Porter – Memory Care, Long Term Care and Post-Acute Care. Hours are 11am - 11pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This position is eligible for full benefits. Principal Responsibilities and Tasks    Provide supervision of the nursing staff. Promote collaboration and teamwork through staff coaching and mentoring.   Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as appropriate or clinically indicated.
