We want a babysitter for our two children, ages toddler and preschool. The start date is flexible, but we hope to begin around May 25th. The ideal candidate has a car for activities and outings. You will engage the kids in age-appropriate play and learning, prepare simple meals, and keep them safe and happy. You should help with light tidying after playtime. We are looking for a sitter to pickup our 3 year old from preschool and watch her in our home for 2-3 hours Tuesday-Friday each week. The school is 1 mile from our home, and is a nice walk on good weather days. Expectations: documentation of license and driving records, background check/fingerprinting, safe reliable car. Duties will include unpacking the school bag and lunchbox, preparing an after school snack and helping with play activities. Our daughter plays well independently, but enjoys going outside and needs adult support with crafts and other indoor activities. We do not use any screen time during the school week. Hours will be flexible depending on our work schedules each week.
