Overview As a PBX (Private Branch Exchange) Operator, you are often the first point of contact the public has with the hospital. Whether calling to ask about a patient, to inquire about a bill, or to find out if they should come to the emergency room, the operator is the first person with whom a caller interacts, and that interaction can set the tone for their whole experience. Overview The Emergency Department Tech performs patient care needs and task where a license is not required, as directed by the nurse.
