Supervises and coordinates the activities of the clerical staff, Staff Technologist and Radiologic Technology Students. Evaluates and provides feedback regarding individual and team performance. Recommends merit increases and corrective actions for staff within scope of responsibility. Ensures that procedures are performed accurate and in a timely manner. Ensures that equipment/supplies are maintained and used properly. Communicate effectively with staff, patients and physicians as required. Stays abreast of the latest advances and procedures in radiology. Adheres to NMHS/NMMC Policies/Procedures Guidelines. Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of 3-11 PM shift.
