Job Summary The Case Management Supervisor provides oversight for the day to day operations of the Case Management department and provides education, clinical supervision and support to the Case Management team as needed.  Follows the mission, vision, values, policies and procedures of Mohawk Valley Health System.  Core Job Responsibilities Ensures that the Case Management team works effectively and efficiently with the interdisciplinary health care team to meet departmental and organizational goals.
