Lead and support planning and execution of Integrated Design and Initial Outfitting & Transition (iDBIO) projects and programs in coordination with DHA/FE. Support the development of Master/Facility Plans to inform long-term MTF forecasting and contribute data for securing funding for construction and renovation projects.
