Job Summary: Direct supervision of Guest Services staff. These duties include but are not limited to scheduling, assisting with completion of performance appraisals, counseling staff when appropriate, and any other administrative duty designated. Qualifications: At least two years of management experience preferred and excellent skills in organizing people and events, in critical thinking and decision making.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills required and considerable ability to effectively communicate with and to motivate employees through guidance, encouragement, and role modeling.   EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
