Overview Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) the Patient Care Assistant (PCA) provides a high level of customer service and support to Carle patients by providing bedside safety guidance. Additionally, the PCA can be guided to perform limited duties regarding the individual patient's personal care and hygiene needs.
