POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for providing leadership and coordination of the health and well being of the residents within the community in coordination with DHW. This position is also responsible for the development and implementation of the personal care staff schedule. Receives call offs and responsible for finding the appropriate staff to replace. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
