The Therapy Scheduler Team Lead will be responsible for responsible for training new employees across TOC Therapy clinics throughout North Alabama, while also serving as a floater scheduler when training is not the primary priority. Provide comprehensive training on patient registration and demographic entry, in-person and telephone scheduling, scanning and uploading registration documentation into electronic medical records (EMRs), verifying insurance eligibility, operating applicable systems, collecting payments, maintaining petty cash drawers, and preparing bank deposits.
