POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Performs various duties within the area of Asset Management: Completes assigned duties related to the personal property asset lifecycle of University Health assets. EDUCATION/EXPERI ENCE Either a college degree in a business centered curriculum, or a combination of experience along with evidence of formal training in related disciplines such as: Property (CPP S ), Supply Chain (CSCMP), or Materials (CMRP) Management preferred.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible to and under the supervision of the Director of Sterile Processing. Directs services and departments in providing patient care equipment and surgical instrumentation reprocessing functions including; collection, decontamination, assembly, sterilization, high-level disinfection and distribution Responsible for oversight of the surgical instrument inventory and supplies supporting departmental activities. Serves as subject matter expert and resource for product reprocessing needs. Develops and ensures compliance with departmental budget. Manages fixed departmental equipment and plant property. Works collaboratively with other departments and units to ensure efficient, safe and effective instrument and equipment availability.
