Overview Maintains inventory, computer entry, receiving, storage, and distribution of all supplies used in the department. Establishes and maintains files for ordering supplies and equipment. Provides terminal cleaning, packaging, sterilization and distribution of surgical instruments and supplies. Records sterilization process according to hospital policy. Orders, receives and distributes all supplies and equipment used in Central Service/Instrument Room. Prepares specialty carts, and respiratory wraps. Cleans appropriate equipment in central. Overview Job Summary:   Manages the Food Service Department; The Director is responsible for the total operation of the dining service department. The department will be operated within established objectives, standards, policies, and procedures, utilizing the principles and values of the organization.   In addition, the director will foster strong inter-departmental relations and integrate the dining service department with the facility plan of operations.
