This individual is responsible for pro v i ding l eadersh i p and s t ra t e g i c d i rec ti on for qua lit y and patient safe t y within the Department of Nursing and organization through the design, coordination, implementation and sustainment of initiatives to support a culture of safety and improved outcomes. This role largely leads through influence engaging with other disciplines to drive outcomes.
