PERIOPERATIVE MEDICAL DIRECTOR SERVICES Administrative Services shall be provided by Physician as Medical Director within a triad leadership model to the perioperative service line and anesthesia department. Cast vision and hold providers accountable to mission, vision, and values set, lead strategic operations within the group and hospital, act as a business director for the group. Hospital shall have the right to modify Administrative Services from time to time based on hospitals needs. Physician shall provide Administrative Services at Hospital's request and shall provide Hospital with such supporting documentation as Hospital shall require. It is expected that Physician shall provide a minimum of 416 hours annually in the provision of Administrative Services.
