Position Summary The Regional Medical Director (RMD) serves as the senior physician leader for an assigned region of approximately outpatient practice locations, depending on geographic area and practice size. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, the RMD partners with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), practice administrators, clinical managers, and executive leadership to advance clinical quality, operational performance, provider engagement, patient experience, and strategic growth.
