Job Description: To provide leadership for the training associated with the Family Medicine Residency Program to ensure its effectiveness and success. Scope The Family Medicine Residency Program Director plans, organizes, implements, directs, and coordinates all activities of the program and performs related physician duties as required. This role functions as the chief administrative and professional medical executive for the Program. Job Essentials Direct the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all medical and administrative activities of the Program; integrating the work of the Program with the other divisions of the Hospital to assure fulfillment of all Program accreditation requirements promulgated by the ACGME, the Residency Review Committee for Family Practice, and the ABFP.
