The Program Administrator I provides clinical, operational, and administrative support to the new Center for Cancer and Aging (CCA), which provides geriatric oncology consults and services to older patients across the Institute. The primary role of the Program Administrator is to provide clinical support and patient navigation to older adults and their caregivers, both in clinic and remotely, throughout the course of their services at the CCA. This includes identifying eligible new patients via screening reports, reviewing medical records, conducting geriatric assessments, assisting with triage and referrals for supportive care and specialty services, communicating with the care team, and maintaining a custom database for patient and activity tracking.
