As an integral member of our Nursing teams, the Scheduling Coordinator and Activities Assistant is a dual role that works to adequately and appropriately staff all nursing units, while also providing activities and social engagement to Swing Bed and Non-skilled Swing Bed patients.   The Scheduling Coordinator’s primarily responsible for entering and maintaining patient care units' nursing and support staff’s schedule into the scheduling system and coordinating staffing on a projected and shift-by-shift basis, working in collaboration with Unit Managers and Charge RNs on duty.
