The Opportunity: We are currently recruiting for an experienced, dynamic and visionary Senior Director of Cardiovascular & Renal Global Commercial Development to join our team. This pivotal role will serve as the commercial voice within the R&D Product Strategy Team (PST), driving Early Product Strategy, Target Product Profiles & Claims (TPPs/TPCs), Market Shaping, Product Positioning, Stakeholder Engagement, Stage-Gate Preparation, Value Proposition and Life Cycle Management (LCM) Planning and Execution across multiple indications. The successful candidate will contribute to the therapeutic area (TA) strategy and execution to maximize long-term asset value, optimize portfolio balance, and identify opportunities for inorganic growth.
