The Director of Pharmacy Services shall develop services that provide and enhance quality patient care while promoting fiscal responsibility in the utilization of resources. Within the scope of budget responsibilities, the Director of Pharmacy Services shall direct the activities that provide for the purchasing, receiving, storage, delivery and distribution of medications from the pharmacy.
