Department:         Clinic Reports To:          Patient Access Manager SUMMARY Registers, verifies patient information, instructs, directs and schedules patients and visitors. Demonstrates positive customer service and quality commitment skills through timely and courteous assistance of all phone calls and walk-in visitors to the clinic.
