JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Required: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related health/business field.  Equivalent combination of education and progressive clinical or operations leadership experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.  Preferred: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.  Experience Required: 3–5 years of progressive supervisory or management experience in a hospital or ambulatory clinical services department, including budget oversight, staff scheduling,  and performance management.  Preferred: Experience managing a respiratory care,  pulmonary, or critical care service line.   Experience preparing a department for  Joint Commission or CMS survey.  Physical This is a safety sensitive position.
