JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Masters degree in hospital administration or equivalent. Three to five years experience in a hospital executive level position.  Relocating to Walnut Ridge, Arkansas will be necessary in order to foster community relationships. A relocation package will be offered.   Experience Three to five years’ experience in top-level management of small hospital or other acute care facility. Previous exposure to and experience in working with the broad spectrum of organizational, community, and medical staff interpretations.
