The Assistant Vice President for Iredell Physician Network serves as the leader performing the managerial functions of building relationships with providers, practice staff, patients and families. The AVP directs areas of responsibility including Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, Cardiovascular, Pediatrics, Neurospine, Psychiatry, ENT, Urology, Pain Management, Nephrology, and Orthopedics. The AVP works lockstep with the Vice President and serves as an agent for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and our Ambulatory Surgical Centers. The AVP assists with the development and implementation of safety initiatives, clinical compliance and accreditation processes. Responsible for coordinating the network-wide quality improvement program and monitoring of "important functions" in accordance with agency requirements.
