Overview The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Therapy Scheduler Team Lead. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Therapy Scheduler Team Lead will be responsible for responsible for training new employees across TOC Therapy clinics throughout North Alabama, while also serving as a floater scheduler when training is not the primary priority. Provide comprehensive training on patient registration and demographic entry, in-person and telephone scheduling, scanning and uploading registration documentation into electronic medical records (EMRs), verifying insurance eligibility, operating applicable systems, collecting payments, maintaining petty cash drawers, and preparing bank deposits. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, activity logs and checklists. Answers multiple incoming telephone lines to the hospital switchboard.
