Overview The Insurance Follow-up Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Insurance Follow-up Team within the Physician Services Revenue Cycle Department. This role ensures timely follow-up on outstanding insurance claims, proper resolution of denials, and compliance with payer guidelines. Overview Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. Responsible for ensuring that proper documentation exists to support invoice and payment.  Responsible for entering invoices and matching to Purchase Orders for goods that have been received, working with Purchasing Buyers, Receiving and/or Vendor to resolve issues in order to ensure invoices are processed.  Maintains contacts with vendors and other departments to resolve accounts payable issues.  Works vendor statements monthly.  Ensures invoices that are not under PO have appropriate approval and documentation that support payment.
