Department:         Clinic Reports To:          Patient Access Manager SUMMARY Registers, verifies patient information, instructs, directs and schedules patients and visitors. Demonstrates positive customer service and quality commitment skills through timely and courteous assistance of all phone calls and walk-in visitors to the clinic. Serves as liaison between patient and medical support staff.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
