POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Director of Med/Surg and Case Management, the RN Case Manager & Social Services Supervisor manages/assists with monitoring performance standards, productivity and ensuring staff coverage to meet the needs of the department. The RN Case Manager & Social Services Supervisor assists in managing the clinical resource utilization and documentation affecting reimbursement. In this position the RN Case Manager & Social Services Supervisor will provide identification of inefficiencies in resource utilization, and act as a resource to staff and physicians of San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital in documentation for effective reimbursement.
