Overview The Director, Integrated Mental Health and Substance Use Clinic provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the integrated Article 31 and Article 32 clinic.  This role oversees clinical service delivery, administrative operations, regulatory and managed care compliance, and financial performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and client-centered care.   The Director partners with Behavioral Health and VNS Health leadership to drive program performance, quality improvement, workforce utilization, and sustainable growth within regulated outpatient environments, including managed care. Serving as a key liaison to government funders, managed care organizations, and community partners, the role leads managers and staff, oversees budgets and performance metrics, ensures audit readiness, and advances clinical standards and operational excellence aligned with VNS Health’s mission.
