Job Details Description The Patient Access Manager leads the registration and pre-services teams at Pella Regional Health Center.   The Manager provides strategic and operational oversight of the 24/7 Patient Access and Pre-Services Departments, partnering with the Patient Access Supervisor to support day-to-day operations, staff management, and performance, while driving customer service, patient satisfaction, staff development, and fiscal outcomes. This role supports departmental financial management, quality assurance initiatives, and process improvement efforts. The Patient Access Manager partners closely with various departments to ensure appropriate patient placement, accurate registration, and seamless coordination across departments. This position reports to the Revenue Cycle Director, and works in close collaboration with the Patient Access Supervisor and Business Office Manager.

Job Details Description JOB SUMMARY: This position provides courteous and professional assistance to all patients and visitors contacting the clinic.  Primary job duties include prompt and courteous patient registration, receiving and directing incoming calls and medical data entry.
