Responsibilities:
Archcare is seeking a dynamic forward-thinking Executive Director with a proven track record of a Licensed Home Care Services Agency program growth. The Executive Director is a key member of the homecare team and leads the overall vision of the agency and oversees the daily clinical and financial operations of the agency. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Home & Community Based Services, this position directs the delivery of quality professional and paraprofessional services and strategizes around the big picture goals. The areas of responsibility for this role include oversight of scheduling/staffing, recruiting of staff including Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aides, Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, client management, fiscal integrity and regulatory compliance.
