POSITION PURPOSE: The Assistant Director of Nursing is under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of clients as they go through the detox and/or residential process. The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for all nursing related services for each client.   EDUCATION: Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, an M.S. degree in nursing preferred. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year experience as a Nursing Supervisor with a working knowledge of Substance Abuse and Dual Diagnosis Clients.  Detox experience preferred.
