Job Summary: Leads, directs and coordinates all employee relations functions for the organization in accordance with the law, policy, and Cares Culture principles. Directs the activities of the Employee Relations team, Leave of Absence programs, HR Generalist and HR Assistant duties. Leads or provides oversight on HR investigations. Counsel leaders/HR staff on appropriate disciplinary action and termination decisions. Provides oversight for leave of absence programs. Reviews employment data and trend analysis and provides recommendations to improve staff retention and turnover.
Qualifications: Requires 5 years of HR experience which includes progressive Employee Relations experience and a combination of leave of absence management, compensation, regulatory, or HRIS experience.
